Ordering & Shipping Basics
Every bouquet, arrangement, and wreath is handmade to order by one of our talented team members. If your order includes a wreath or bouquet, it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.
Dried flower orders are shipped UPS Ground or delivered by truck in Columbus, Ohio. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number, or a delivery confirmation once your order is on its way.
Dried Flower Care
Dried flowers shed naturally during shipping and handling. It is normal to see some broken heads and loose bits of foliage in the bottom of the box when you receive it, but reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about the produce you received.
Your dried flowers will last between 6 months to 3 years with the right care and environmental conditions. Place them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.

Yes, our dried flowers are real flowers that were dried naturally without the use of any preservatives or artificial dyes.
It is normal for your dried flowers to be slightly brittle, and to shed if they are being handled or if they are placed in a high traffic area like your front door.
Your dried flowers may fade or shift in color depending on its environmental conditions. Place them in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
You can dust your dried flowers with a feather duster, or you can use compressed air or a hairdryer on a low, cool setting.
